Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Goccia Bronzo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI “Goccia Bronzo” by Appennino Food is made only from grapes grown in the vineyards of Emilia-Romagna and aged at length in French oak barriques. The result is a very dense, velvety balsamic — sweet and aromatic, with just the right degree of acidity. Beautiful drizzled over salads, grilled vegetables, cheeses and meats.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulphites. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
