

Bolognese Meat Sauce
Bolognese Meat Sauce by Appennino Food. Made to the original Bologna recipe with select cuts of beef, a little tomato and plenty of vegetables, slow-cooked over a low heat so every flavour comes through. The result is wonderfully smooth, with rustic, country notes. Lovely over soft polenta with Parmigiano Reggiano, or as a sauce for "Le Rustiche" pasta and Lasagne alla Bolognese.
Ingredients: Beef 36.3%, tomato puree, bacon, onions, carrots, celery, extra-virgin olive oil, tomato paste, sea salt. Gluten-free. Keep refrigerated after opening.
