Dried Porcini Mushrooms "Crumbs"

Dried Porcini Mushrooms "Crumbs" by Appennino Food. Small broken pieces of dried porcini (Boletus edulis) with the same deep, earthy flavour of whole caps at a friendlier price. Ideal when the porcini will be cooked into a dish rather than shown off: rehydrate in warm water, then stir into risottos, soups, ragùs, sauces and stuffings. Save the soaking liquid for an extra-rich stock.

Ingredients: Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis). May contain traces of other mushrooms. Store in a cool, dry place.
