
Pappardelle
Pappardelle by Appennino Food. Traditional wide ribbons of Italian egg pasta, made to carry big, hearty sauces. Their broad surface holds onto rich ragùs beautifully, so they pair perfectly with a wild boar or Bolognese ragù.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs 33.2%. Contains gluten and eggs. May contain traces of soy. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
