
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO "Affinato" by Appennino Food. Made from the finest Modena grapes, the cooked grape must (mosto cotto) is aged for at least 12 years in a battery of small wooden casks, each wood lending its own note to this rare condiment. It is bottled in the iconic "Giugiaro" bottle, the only flask certified to hold true Traditional Balsamic. A few drops elevate fresh or boiled vegetables, risotto, meat and fish, and it is exquisite over Parmigiano Reggiano, fruit or ice cream.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must (mosto cotto). Contains naturally occurring sulphites (no added sulphites).
