

Truffle Sauce
Truffle Sauce (Salsa Tartufata) by Appennino Food. Champignon mushrooms, summer truffle and black olives are finely chopped and seasoned with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil to create this rich, coarse-textured sauce — the best way to appreciate every ingredient. Intense and pungent with the aroma of black truffle, it is wonderfully versatile: spread it on toasted bread or finger food as an antipasto, toss it through pasta for an easy truffle tagliatelle, stir it into steak tartare, or serve it alongside roasted meat. Made with no added colourings or preservatives.
Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 50%, olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3.2%, black olives, salt, flavouring. Gluten-free. Store in a cool, dry place; keep refrigerated after opening.
