White Condiment

White Condiment (Condimento Bianco) by Appennino Food. A golden, sweet-and-sour condiment in the balsamic style, made without caramel so it keeps its bright, light colour. Delicate and versatile, it dresses salads and raw or grilled vegetables, finishes white meats and fish, and adds a fresh, tangy-sweet lift wherever dark balsamic would overpower a dish.
