White Truffle Olive Oil

White Truffle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil by Appennino Food is a true blend of aromas: the prized perfume of white truffle (bianchetto) enhanced by fine Italian extra-virgin olive oil. Particularly aromatic, used raw or in cooking — a couple of drops elevate the simplest dishes. Its delicate flavour is ideal with pasta, rice and meat, as well as cheese and eggs.
