White Truffle Salt

White Truffle Salt by Appennino Food is a simple, versatile blend of salt and aromatic white truffle — just a small sprinkle adds character to any dish. Especially suited to seasoning meat and fish however they are cooked, it is also delicious on chips and roast potatoes, or as a finishing touch on simple bruschetta.

Ingredients: Salt, flavouring, dry white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.2%, dry bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 0.2%. Gluten-free. Store in a cool, dry place.
